- Authenticity in elderly-friendly theology
- Acknowledgement of the special needs of the elderly
- Acceptable use of elderly-sensitive technology and language
- Administration by and of the elderly
- Alertness to public discourse concerning elderly abuse
- Assurance of safe and dignified spaces for the elderly
- Appointment of clergy and staff trained in elderly care
- Availability of holistic pastoral care: emotional, spiritual, and physical
