• Accessible to the elderly
• Appreciative of the elderly
• Authentic in elderly friendly theology
• Acknowledging the special needs of the elderly
• Acceptable use of elderly sensitive technology and language
• Administration by and of the elderly
• Alert to the discourses in the public square on elderly abuse
• Assurance of safe and dignified space of/for the elderly
• Appointing elderly care trained clergy and staff team
• Availability of holistic pastoral care- emotional, spiritual and physical

We laid out a clear policy for children and young people in which

• Children and Young People are Precious Gifts of God and deserve care and protection as their fundamental right

• Physical abuse of any kind
• Sexual exploitation of any form
• Emotional or Psychological Stress
• Inaccessibility due to disabilities of any form
• Racial, communal, cultural discrimination
• Cyber, online and mobile bullying

• Including children and young people in all aspects of the life of the church be it liturgical, sacramental, diaconal, or missional and in its decision making structures

• The duty of reporting abuse the moment it is noted even in a context of zero tolerance to abuse
• The responsibility of recruiting people who interact with children and young people with utmost care
• The onus to have proper risk management and mitigation principles and mechanism in place
• The prudence to keep the physical structures of the building and space child/youth safe and accessible to all
